We are Ken and Helen Robinson, we have been decorating cakes for the last 30 years, starting as a hobby working from home. We have always enjoyed entering shows and competitions, learning from whoever we can, and by what ever method we can. Ken was most successful exhibitor at the Royal Melbourne Show 2006 and 2008 and Helen was most successful exhibitor at show called “Challenge” 2008 held at Stitches and Craft Rosehill NSW
We originally were Dairy farmers but have now sold this since starting up the business in 2006.
We are both members of the Cake Decorators Guild of NSW Inc.
We feel our love for the art of Cake Decorating shows in the way we approach the tasks given us by our clients. We pride ourselves in taking each order as something special. We try to create individual pieces that suit both the occasion and unique to the person ordering their cake.
Our Brides’ Room offers many books and Photos to inspire the couples to choose just the right cake for their special day, with our help we can answer many questions regarding your cake and make some suggestions to make it really special for you.
We cook our own cakes for decoration, with a variety of flavours being available e.g Chocolate ,Caramel, Vanilla Mud, Orange or Lemon Poppy seed, carrot and walnut to name a few. We like the cakes to be as fresh as possible for your special occasion.
All sugar decorations are made by us on the premises , we enjoy having people see what we create for them and are welcome to see the works in progress if the want to.
We have been able to help many girls also decorate their own cakes by way of classes and general information that helps out at the time.
